Evan N. Martin

Mr. Martin was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, where he attained distinction on the Dean’s Honor List. He earned his J.D. at The University of Texas School of Law. During his time at UT, Mr. Martin served as Senior Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal and as a Judicial Intern for the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Martin is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Texas and the United States District Courts for both Northern and Southern California. Mr. Martin is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western, Southern, and Northern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Martin’s current practice focuses on construction law. He has represented many different players in construction, including general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, materials suppliers, and owners. Mr. Martin takes pride in persuasively articulating his client’s position and is driven by his passion for providing clients with unique solutions to complex problems. When not practicing law, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two children.
